Deep is the firm founder and an experienced litigator with extensive experience in wide practice

areas. Deep has represented clients in complex and high value commercial

disputes and across a wide range of industry sectors. Deep’s litigation

experience ranges from the different High Courts, District Courts, Immigration Protection

Tribunal, Employment court, liquor licensing authorities, other tribunals including the Supreme Court of New

Zealand.

Deep holds a Master’s degree with Merit in Construction from Massey

University, a bachelor of law degree with Honours together with a Postgraduate

qualification in International Commercial Law from the United Kingdom. Deep is

an Executive member of the panel of Adjudicators Association New Zealand

and is a registered Construction Adjudicator. Deep has sat in Judicial capacity

before the Adjudicators’ Association of New Zealand Tribunal.
