Mollika Thang is a Marketing, Client & Real Estate Services Officer at Victorian Lawyers, supporting the firm across marketing, client engagement, Khmer language services and real estate matters.

Mollika plays an important role in connecting individuals, families and businesses with the firm’s legal services. With her ability to communicate in both English and Khmer, she assists Cambodian-speaking clients by helping bridge language and communication barriers and ensuring that clients can communicate effectively with the firm.

Alongside her marketing and client engagement responsibilities, Mollika works in the real estate sector as a Real Estate Assistant for the firm. She assists with property-related enquiries, client communications, marketing and administrative support, helping create a coordinated link between clients, real estate professionals and the firm's legal team.
