Deep is an experienced litigator with extensive experience in wide practice

areas. Deep has represented clients in complex and high value commercial

disputes and across a wide range of industry sectors. Deep’s litigation

experience ranges from the different District Courts, Immigration Protection

Tribunal, Employment court, other tribunals to the Supreme Court of New

Zealand.

Deep holds a Master’s degree with Merit in Construction from Massey

University, a bachelor of law degree with Honours together with a Postgraduate

qualification in International Commercial Law from the United Kingdom. Deep is

an Executive member of the panel of Adjudicators Association New Zealand

and is a registered Construction Adjudicator. Deep has sat in Judicial capacity

before the Adjudicators’ Association of New Zealand Tribunal.

Deep’s passion is in looking for creative and cost-effective solutions to resolve

differences.
